Membership and Class Reservation Infomation
At our studio, you do not need to be a member to take classes (in this case, classes will be charged at a non-member rate). For first time customers, we offer a trial class for ￥2,500.
●Membership Registration
Membership Fee ￥10,500 (Valid for 2 years)
[Friend Referral Program] → When a member refers a friend to our studio her membership fee will be half price 5250yen (Include tax) Furthermore, the member who referred the friend will also receive a 50% discount class ticket that can be used for any of our classes (valid for 1 month)!

5. Taken open pole sessions (personal practice time, one pole per person)
6. Friend Referral Program! When a member refers a friend and the friend registers for membership, the friend’s membership fee will be reduced to ￥5,250. the member who referred the friend will also receive a 50% discount class ticket that can be used for any of our classes (valid for 1 month)!
7. 5% discount when you purchase a dance pole
8. Shower available for free! (Non-member 500 yen)
9. Fees for private classes are 15% cheaper than non-members
●For First time Customers「Trial Class」
For those who are new to 「Art Flow」, a one time trial class can be taken for ￥2,500. If you would like to try out a pole dance class, please select the basic class from the schedule (this is the class for first time pole dancers and is the only class valid for trial) and reserve the class from our reservation site http://luclass.com via PC or mobile. At the studio, please let the staff know that you are taking a trial class. To Try out other non-pole dance classes, reservations are not necessary so please come directly to the studio and let the staff know that you would like to try out a class. Information on making reservations can be found below. For those who do not have internet access, do not have a mobile phone, get error messages when reserving online, or do not understand how to use the website, please call for reservations at 03-5941-8998.
●Class Observation
All classes are open to observation once. Beginning with the second observation, a fee will be charged equal to half of the class fee. No reservations are necessary for class observation. Please review our schedule and come by our studio for the class you want to observe.
●Pole Dance Class Card
Available to members only, the 9 class card can be purchased for 34,650yen tax included and is valid for 2 months. This card can be used for other classes as well.
●Non-Pole Dance Class Card
Available to members only, the 8 class card can be purchased for 22,400yen tax included and is valid for 2 months. This card can be used for pole dance classes +1400yen each.
●Class Reservation and Cancellation
We ask that reservations and cancellations for pole dance classes and open pole sessions are done online. For those who do not have internet access, do not have a mobile phone, get error messages when reserving online, or do not understand how to use the website, please call for reservations at 03-5941-8998
Cancellation Refund Policy
If you let us know:
- The day of the class - no refund
- the day before - 50% refund

If you would like to confirm your reservation, go to “My Registration” after logging in. In some cases, email confirmations of your class registration are unsuccessful depending on mobile phone providers and PC programs. However, please note that you will be considered registered for any classes listed on “My Registration”.
No reservations are necessary for classes other than pole dance classes and open pole sessions. Please come directly to the studio.
If you would like private lessons or private group lessons, please send an email to class@lupoledance.com with your full name, number of people for the group lesson, and preferred date of class.
●Using the Reservation Website
Step 1. Go to http://luclass.com and click “New Account” and register your information (this is a 1-2 minute simple registration process).
Step 2. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
＜Note＞ If you do not get a confirmation email, please check whether you have entered the correct email address, in case of PCs please check your spam mail folder and any other email blockers you might have (we have seen an increase in email address errors and confirmation emails not being received. Please check your registration before completion).
Step 3. Once you have received your confirmation email, you have successfully registered. Please return to the website, select the day and class you wish to reserve and complete the reservation.
Please make sure to update any changes to phone number and email address by going to “My Profile” after logging in.
