We have revised our lesson cancellation policy
Art Flow limits the class size to ensure the best quality instruction and therefore requires reservations in advance. We used to charge a half of the fee for the cancellation on the day before the lesson and full price for the cancellation on the day of the lesson. However, we now accept requests for rescheduling lessons. In the event that you are unable to attend the class, you can transfer/change it to another day within 10 days from the originally reserved class, there will be no cancellation fees.
