These 2 classes are for people who have little or no experience in pole dancing.
Please do not worry about your dance skills, age, weight or how fit you are, just enjoy the class!
Class starts with warm-up and Lu's original pole stretch, some fun pole tricks, transitions and simple choreograph.
Each classes has different choreograph and pole tricks.

Please wear short pants under your comfortable long pants, bear foot, towel and water.
You can also bring heels or boots if you like.
