About Art Flow Studio
We are a 「Dance & Fitness Studio」 supporting the development of women’s 「Beauty」, 「Confidence」 and 「Transformation」through「Enjoyment」
Art Flow is:
「Art」＝ our existence, what we want to express and what we are expressing, dance we give birth to, confidence, and our trainable body
「Flow」＝ flows into the body, expressed naturally, the art one wants to master comes naturally, pours out of the body

Together with he flowers in our reception area, our staff welcomes you to our studio
The soft fragrance of rose musk from our incense create an exotic atmosphere
For our evening classes we light candles on our stairs to guide you inside
Our spacious interior is the largest pole dance studio in Asia and our high ceilings provide a sense of freedom
In a newly constructed building and new interior, our studio flows with cleanliness
Close to Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills, only one station away from Harajuku and Omotesando, and one train ride from Shibuya and Ikebukuro!
Prime location that is accessible by 5 subway lines, 4 stations, within 3 minutes walking distance. High foot traffic in the area, making it safe even at night.
Our entire studio is non-smoking.
Fully equipped with after-class care facilities such as free mineral water and total body care products and even a shower room.
Instructors are all professionals with certified fitness qualifications, many years of dance experience, and have completed Red Cross emergency first aid courses.
